The Loranger Project
My husband and I currently live in Texas but we have a home in Bristol, New Hampshire. This year we decided to move back to New Hampshire and we wanted to enlarge our home. We called several contractors and builders in the area. Every time we thought we had the plans down or had a good idea as to what it would cost us... the contractor would change his price or not give us the plans WE wanted. It always seemed that they would make the plans and the cost to fit THEIR needs! Both my husband and I were at the end of our rope and were close to calling the entire thing off.
That's when my husband, Bob decided to check "one more place." He went on the Internet and found

& Siding, LLC, received our email request for a bid and called us the very same day!
Mike listened to what we wanted to do - and most importantly - he listened to where we needed to be for a budget!
The very next day Mike had gone to our home in Bristol and looked around and then drew up the plans and had them emailed to me all in the same day. Mike even had the proposal and cost sent to us with the drawings.
Mike went to the town clerk's office to find out about zoning and issues that could come up. Now keep in mind, this was all done without Mike knowing if he had the job! No other builder did anything even close to what
Mike did!
Once we agreed to have Mike build our addition and remodel our kitchen, it has been going at a fast pace! Mike knew our deadline to have everything finished for us to move in. Mike and his crew have been working like crazy to get the job finished. Anytime there has been a problem or a question, Mike is on the phone and discussing our options. Like any home improvement project, there are bound to be little problems that arise. Mike handled them with utmost professionalism and kept us in the loop and kept our budget in mind.
To let you all know just how great Allcraft Roofing and Siding are, Mike and his crew had the excavating, foundation and framed with the roof on in less than 3 weeks. Are there any other builders out there that can do that and use their own crew? Allcraft Roofing and Siding DOES NOT sub out any of the work. Mike has his own guys that work directly for him! That way you never have to hear "Sorry but we have a delay in your project - the sub contractors never showed up!"
Also keep in mind that Mike Pelky with Allcraft Roofing and Siding has done the entire job with us being 2000 miles away!! I met Mike for the first time in April and our house looks great. Everything is on target for our completion date.
You know you have a great builder/contractor when you go to the local home improvement store and they praise your builder for the fine work that he does. So if there is ever a need for a reference - you better believe you can call us and we can tell you all the great things and even show you if you would like.
In our book - Mike is a great builder and now a great friend!
